I currently have a banking accont with this bank but and not happy with their service. Their online banking system took a month to set up and I find it very confusing they way that they post the information to my account. When I need to talk to someone over the phone, I have to call their automated system and it takes forever to get a "real" person on the phone. Out of all of the bank accounts that I have had, this is been my least favorite.
