Found a great car on Autotrader. I went through an email thing on the website it was in a timely fashion. I told Al I would be coming from North Bay (San Francisco) a bit of a drive and wanted to make sure the car was what I was looking for. Before I made that 60 mile drive. I made an offer and was responded to by Al that the car was worth more and that wasn’t reasonable offer. I came down anyway with a Check to purchase a great car just not from all. I was greeted by Mr. Hayes immediately and professionally. I told him about my disappointed experience with Al. He assured me that he would take care of me. He did extremely professional and very courteous. To sum it up r. Hayes saved the dead car completely restored my confidence in your dealership.
