Food was good service was below expectation

The Azteca location at northgate is nice and classy, seeing it from the outside i thought we would have good food and good service...while i was 50% right i was disappointed about the service....
We sat in a party of 20 people and I feel we didnt get the service we needed because for one thing we didnt come during busy hours, second they seem to have attitude when we ask them for things or water or refills.
I feel that a restaurant that is on par with say a red robin should be able to refil your cup without asking it to be refilled right?
but besides the service the food was excellent. I would have to say with mexican food you get alot for what you pay for.
