Unfair trade-in values, only nice when they're getting a sale

We were wined and dined by the staff at Ackerman last fall when we purchased a new Sienna. However, when we returned to trade in two vehicles and purchase a second Sienna we were treated so poorly that we'll be buying a Honda this time around. They're never willing to negotiate on the price of a new car, and will gladly tell you that. Plus, a closer Toyota dealership quoted us almost twice the trade in value Ackerman did.
