This is a good gym that is also located in York and Hampton. You can use any of these gyms and they are all open 24 hours a day. How they do this is that the doors are locked and opened by a "keycard." They downside is there is no staff working - so if you were to be alone and injure yourself you may be on your own. Each location does have a phone that you can use in case of emergences. The Portsmouth location offers large changing rooms with showers that are actually pretty great. This gym does not offer any classes or instruction of any kind which is a down side if you are looking for a little more fun in your routine.

This is a great place that sells all sorts of shoes as well as dresses and slippers. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They also offer a layaway program which can at times when you fall in love with that perfect pair of shoes but the guilt of spending that much all at once is just too much! The sales here are also wonderful. Check it out!

This is a good place to get good food that probably isn't made in your own kitchen. During lunch hours during the week they do offer half soup/half sandwich which is my favorite. On the down side - they do not make sandwich from scratch on the weekends which is a disappointment for me as I am picky and don't eat my sandwiches with many of the go withs that can be found on the premade sandwiches. It can be loud so not the best atmosphere - however, they do also offer a sit down and eat service with a patio outside which is very nice during the warmer weather months!

This is a great gym b/c it offers lots of classes such as yoga, spin, abs, strength training, and many more, as well as two floors. It also offers daycare in the am and into the early afternoon. The first floor offers many cardio machines including elliptical, bicycles, treadmills, and stair steppers. They open early in the a which is great for those who want to hit the gym before work - however they close by six on the weekends and afre cloased on most holidays. They also have great deals going into the new year.

Anthony's is a great place because it has everything. In the morning there are at least 10 different kinds of coffee from two different brands. It is amazing. They also have breakfast sandwich, muffins, and lots of other great breakfast goodies. They also offer lots of lunch goodies - subs, pizza, salads, etc. Did I mention that you can also gas up your car here and pick up flowers from the florist that is located here. Not always the best price - but not outrageously over priced either but makes up for any added cost b/c of convenience.

There may be a bit of a wait around 11am on the weekends but they do a great job of getting people in and out quickly. When you aren't in the mood to cook go here and enjoy some great tasting breakfast food!

The dr's here are amazing and the service in the ER is better care then I have received from my primary care phyiscan at times. The staff is amazingly nice and full pf knowledge. The waiting room is very pleasant - and has juice and coffee always. The lab is quick and friendly. The hospital itself is so clean and all and all has a very pleasant environment. Even the food in the cafeteria is good - fruit salad, coffee, and an amazing breakfast.

The price is an amazing deal. The do not have lettuce here but they do offer a kids meal for an even better value. Service is quick and friendly.

The pizza is a medium crust and try some onion rings or mozzarella sticks to go with it. They also have wings that are ok and coupons can be found in the valupac coupons that most of us get in out mailbox. They have a great family deal - pizza wings and soda for less then 18 dollars!

This place offers amazingly authentic Italian cuisine for a bit of a price tag. However - you forget that you are in Portsmouth NH when you are eating in the basement of this building located in Portsmouth. The service is wonderful - there are always numerous people waiting on you are all times. The meal itself can take almost two hours if you enjoy the numerous courses and ambiance. A great treat for a romantic night out or family dinner.
