That seems to be this owner's motto. Customer service is not one of his qualities. I had wanted to ship a large box weighing about 30 lbs. from California to Missouri. I checked with the owner how much it would cost to ship by air within 3 business days ($69). I also brought in a 30 gallon bag of styrofoam packaging peanuts and asked how much he would pay for the bag. He said he would apply a $2 discount to my shipping fee. I decided not to RUSH the return and decided on ground service instead because it was just going to take 2 extra days at less than half the cost. He then changed his mind about the discount. I noticed that he was selling a 5 gallon bag of packaging peanuts for about $4. He said that I could take the styrofoam back because it actually costs him money to recycle it anyway. I asked him why would he recycle it when he's actually selling them and he didn't bother to answer me.
