Stanford is a great place to spend the day shopping with your girlfriends. They have been expanding and renovating. They have a variety of shops, department stores and places to eat or grab a quick bite. I like to shop here during the summer when it's warm, since it's not an enclosed mall. If you drive along University Avenue, something (shops/restaurants/people) is sure to grab your attention there also. Both places make it worth your while.
