One of the best authentic italian restaurants on Maui, Casanova is located at the intersection of Makawao Ave. Just across from Pollis Mexican Restaurant. Warn foccacia bread served with olive oil and balsamic vinegar are brought to your table as you contemplate on your dinner order. Everything is delicious here, from linguine w/ alfredo to their hand tossed pizzas.
