If i could give them 6 stars I would. I recently purchased a scooter that came with one tiny key, the kind that easily gets lost. Called the Honda shop, was put on hold, and no, couldn't help me order a replacement or additional key. Thanks to the internet i find Kingsbridge key & security, call, get someone right away who asks me a few questions, and says no problem, will get keys to you tomorrow. When I ask what happens if the keys don't work, he explains he is sending the keys, I test them, if all ok I send him the money. Voila, as simple as that!
Needless to say I got the keys as planned, worked like a charm, came with a giant key-ring and a nice promotional pen.
