A great place

I have gone here for NIA classes and have found that they are great. They have classes on everything from Yoga to meditiation and it's a very comfortable atmosphere. They also have some of the greatest massage therapists. Including new types of massage techniques. Alternate ideas for health are stressed here and it's a good place to get information also on other alternative places such as the health food stores. They are top class.
