Dreamland Bar-B-Que started in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and was made famous when football coach Paul "Bear" Bryant used to take his football players there for Bar-B-Que.
The Mobile Branch of Dreamland is just as good as the original. It's a carnivore's delight and you can watch them loading the wood up to smoke the ribs and meat. Try the sides too, they're delicious. And the beverage portions are generous enough to fill up a football player.
The location is a little hard to find. You could just follow your nose off the Springhill Ave. exit from I-65.
No matter how you get there, just get there and have some Bar-b-que.
