Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff who still know what customer service is. Easy location to reach. Only drawback is small parking lot. But, you can remedy that by parking behind the shop or at Mickey D's nearby (buy a beverage, keep them happy). This shop has been around a long time, so you know you are doing business with someone who is experienced and will be around to service your equipment for you after you buy it.
