i stopped in here one morning on the way to work and ordered pancakes to go. when i got to work and opened the box, i saw the BIGGEST pancakes ive ever seen in my entire life! a half of one filled me up! mae's is a very cute homestyle restaurant. the staff are super friendly and make you feel as if you're at grandma's house. the prices are great. excellent service. huge servings, you definitely get your money's worth!

this is the BEST thai food restaurant in seattle. siam is located on broadway on capitol hill. the food is so delicious that when the bill comes you expect it to be twice the amount that it is, but siam's prices are great, so leave a BIG tip. they deserve it! the staff, especially the waiters are extremely polite, courteous, and helpful.
p.s. if you're like me, and only like things a little spicy, dont order above a one, you wont be able to handle it!

there is a woman there by the name of jenna who gives the best massage in the world. she does a mix of swedish and thai massage, (combined with a few other styles). every time i was on the edge of sleep,and for hours afterwards would walk around as if i was drunk, because i felt so good!

in 1996, when i first moved to seattle i would spend so much time and money here. they had a really cool used section, bought all of my old cd's which i would promptly trade for new ones and the staff were almost all really friendly, down to earth and helpful; now however its a different place. no one greets you, or asks if you need help. everytime im there, it seems as if the staff could care less if you bought anything and have no interest in the customers. this is too bad, and why i will never again buy anything from them. hope you have better luck, maybe its just me?
