I love Stella's! She still has the best view of downtown Minneapolis - from her roof-top. We've enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of this newer restaurant in this location. If you are in the mood for fish and eating with your fingers, as well as being in Uptown - stop in at Stella's. Girls - if you dare, peek in the boy's restroom for a view of a quirky piece of artwork!
