This Rudy's country store and bar-b-q store is similar to the original Rudy's out of San Antonio (been there too!). I personally like Hickory Fare better because it is closer to my side of town. We have also had this store cater an event for us and they are reasonable. Whatever you do, you want to use the Sissy sauce and not the original bar-b-q sauce. Even the sissy sauce can bring tears to your eyes.
