Havoc is a great thrift store to get cheap clothes. While they are used clothes (usually), a majority of them are in great condition. Also, sometimes you can find some great finds. For example, I went there a while back and found a pair of seven jeans for less than $20! Definitely check this place out if you don't mind wearing used clothes!
