I have a lot of close friends that own BMW's and everyone feels the same about the dealer and service customer service. If I had spoken with them prior to getting my car I would not have gotten it. The service departments around Houston should make more effort to deliver better customer service to patrons. I am thankful for Phil because without him I would have had to wait even longer than the original 2 weeks that I had been waiting on to gets my vehicle repaired. I have a family and driving a car that only has one working door was very stressful and dangerous at the same time. I explained my problem to many different BMW employees and no one but Phil would help me. more
