When refinancing our home, I called Third Coast Mortgage and the mortgage consultant was very professional and never pushy.. He was very helpful and gave us excellent tips and recommendations. He was very honest and laid out all different options. His charges were excellent and in fact the rates were so good, we refinance twice with them at Third Coast Mortgage within year and a half. My mortgage consultant would go the extra mile just to make sure if we had any questions and never push us until we were ready. Highly recommend! I would guess he came to our home over 20 times just to make sure everything was done correctly for the 2 refinances. If I had a question in the weekend, he gave me his cell phone number in case I needed to reach him. Because the company has great rates and the consultant provided excellent service, I have recommended the company and my mortgage consultant to a couple of friends and also my sister.
