They tried to talk us into things we didn't want, i.e. leasing, long term loans, older vehicles, and a truck that had more than we want. We were very clear about what we wanted. We were there forever and got nowhere and they kept switching people on us. We finally left because we were so frustrated and felt like we hadn't gotten anywhere! more
