When this place opened they had top class service and sandwiches, but now that they are franchising them all over Utah it has gone to hell. Sandwiches are now assembled my teenagers who are too busy on their cell phones to actually pay attention to your order. Every time I go I request no tomatoes and get them anyways. The one shining gem here is their breakfast menu. Queen's bagel can't be beat.
