They were very nice people in first year. They suggested pulling all the healthy baby teeth from my 7 yr old daughter to make some room for the new (on the spot). My wife kindly said she needed to first discuss with my husband (me) as a parental decision before putting our 7yr old little girl through such a dramatic experiance. Before we even had a chance to decide on anything...a week later they sent a letter telling us to go somewhere else and find another doctor? What the heck was that about? VERY RUDE!!! We have always been happy loyal customers as a family. I guess it is another example of a egotistical Doctor that wants to make his own decisions without compassion or courtesy to the patients values and without any discussions. Secondly, a few weeks prior, my wife had a perfectly fine previous filling (5 yrs old) removed and replaced by this office, now she has problems with food build up and pain on occasion from an improper replacement and needs to get fixed again.
I would rather drive to another town to find a good (respected by the patient) doctor for my little girl.
