My neice always begs to visit Dollmakers when she visits LA. There is such a huge selection of dolls that any little girl would have a ball just looking through the well stocked store.
They do have stuffed animals, but the draw is the baby dolls. The second you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome and although some of the dolls are a bit on the pricey side, you are definitely not in a no-touch zone.
I'm sure doll collectors would also love this place simply for the wonderful selection of dolls and accessories. A great place to take a little girl for her first baby doll purchase. Surely to be fondly remembered.
Bottomline: Old-fashioned doll shop with old-fashioned charm. A Monrovian jewel!
