Great neighborhood cafe...WiFi included, easy to get a cup of joe

Disclaimer: I know the owner, so I am baised. Plus, I live 2 blocks away.
However, there are some things that really stick out about this cafe/coffee shop:
1. it has free WiFi
2. lots of room, including a large outside area (with a lot of umbrellas)
3. the regular coffee is self serve. This is very important, especially for commuters. I, for one, hate waiting for a simple cup of coffee. I hate waiting while a triple shot, breve, latte, no foam blah blah gets made...anyway, serve yourself, honor system, it works great.
4. They have healthy, made-in-the-store food. Let me be clear: the food is not pre-packaged and not made with preservatives.
5. An area of kids to play with toys. Though, I have suggested they make this bigger, which it needs to be. I love the concept of a play area, so I can actually have 10-15 minutes to read a newspaper.
