I only wish we had called them sooner. Our cat did a real number on the carpet in the soon-to-be nursery. Any cat owner knows it's next to impossible to get that nasty smell out. We tried with a wide variety of specialty pet store urine removers to no avail. As a last ditch effort before tearing up the carpet, we decided to give Orange County Fresh Carpet Cleaning a call. They were up front that they couldn't guarantee pet stains, but alleviated our concerns once they started the cleaning process. They eliminated the urine smell with a special sealant cleaner. We also have a big dog and were amazed at the dirt coming off our carpets. It certainly put our allergen and health concerns for the baby at rest. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you have pets and carpets. You would be pleasantly surprised.
