The only time I was able to get in was with an appointment, even though they say they take walk ins. The hair salon was very busy and the stylists were very professional. I overheard a few consultations while I waited for my technician...they are very thorough and it seems they want a great understanding before they start cutting and styling. Which is probably what helps their customers get exactly what they want with fewer touch ups needed.
The technician who did my wax was thorough and did a great job. This was the only place I found in Virginia Beach who did waxing the way I wanted. I found them very professional and friendly.
