I've been a big fan of Pho Pasteur for years. They have absolutely great Vietnamese food. Far more than a typical 'Pho' joint, you'll find a number of very tasty non-Pho dishes.
They have a few locations around town, but all of them take a bit of digging to find - well worth seeking out.
