I had went to the Best Buy in Greenville, SC. I had to wait for 30 minutes on a customer representative as I was looking to buy an I Pod. Unsure of which I would like to purchase....the sales rep. was no help. So I decided to Go to Anderson, SC store. What a difference ! The Customer Representative explain each of the I pods and ask me what I would be using it for.....that is the help I need to make my decision. The Customer Service desk was great also. Thanks Anderson Best Buy for training your employee's to really know the products and be helpful when someone has questions !
I am so happy with my purchase and got a great deal as it was on sale on the internet and I got that price.
