I come here every couple of weeks to stock up on long-lasting produce. It really helps to come early in the day because the produce at the end of the day, while deeply discounted, is not of great quality. The vendors are a bit forthright frequently. Remember not to touch the food unless instructed and don't be slow. Wait until its your turn to request what you want and request it in terms of money, so say "I'll take a dollar of the tomatos, etc." Good luck and have fun!
