Not so high tech cleaners

I've only used these cleaners twice, but it was enough to know that I am not overly thrilled with their service. I dropped off a trench coat the first time, and it wasn't done on time. The coat didn't even look thoroughly clean when it was done. And the cost of the coat was much more than I've ever paid for a coat cleaning. The second time I had the same problems but with a shirt. Needless to say, I haven't been back.
