Sonic Yoga, highly known among the media, offers a great beginner’s package deal – that comes with 3 hour workshop AND 1 month free limited for $79! That’s a bargain for a NYC yoga studio. I signed up for this package last month and have been keeping up with my daily practices. Although the studio is not as organized & decorated, and does not offer as many classes as many other famous studios in NYC (which I was surprised to find out since this studio is well-spoken by the media), we do get something what we paid for. If you are exploring different instructors and studios in the city, I highly recommend this place. Namaste :)

From what I know, I can say thata Fisher has the best selection and prices for stationaries and office products in Hawaii. When I was a student, I always went there to buy papers/pens etc. I also bought an office chair from them. Other stores in Hawaii have much higher prices than Fisher for most of the products. The one in downtown is convenient for office workers too, and I also like the Warehouse behind Ala Moana Blvd.

When my friends came in from NYC, they stayed at this hotel, and they were pretty satisfied with their services and accomodations. The hotel is located between Waikiki and Ala Moana Shopping Center, facing the Yacht Harbor. There are few shops and restaurants around, so you can go to places in a walking distance. I like this place also because the area is not so crowded, but also, it is in a convenient location. If you want to get away from the Waikiki crowed, I definitely recommend you to try the Prince hotel!

They often have a special events/food fair from different regions in Japan. I like to go there to try different kinds of Japanese foods that can be conveniently purchased! They also have a section for Japanese electronic applicances, and it is neat to check out some of the latest technology!

ABC Stores are the drug store of Waikiki and it offers regular drung store stuff to Hawaiian Suveniours. Some of the items are definitely priced higher than they would be at local drug store such as Long's. So, if you can, I recommend you to go Long's at Ala Moana Shopping Center, where you can shop for more things!! Though ABC stores always offers the best price for Manoa Cholocaltes brand!!

If you go there early in the morning, you won't have to wait in a line for so long to see the film. During your precious vacation time, you don't want to waste your time just waiting doing nothing....
If you go there early in the morning, you won't have to wait in a line for so long to see the film. During your precious vacation time, you don't want to waste your time just waiting doing nothing. Maybe because the film is free, there will be so many people waiting on pretty much any day you go. There are other museums/films that you can watch while you are waiting, but then, you will have to pay for the ticket, so if you are planning on just seeing the free memorial film, I definitely recommend you to be there for the first thing in the morning. After the 20 minutes film, you get to go on a boat the memorial house in the sea. Enjoy!

What I love about this location at Ala Moana Blvd is the Spa aroma I smell as soon as I go in front of the store! That smell alone can relax my mind and body!

Heaven on Earth gives a great relaxation for office workers in downtown Honolulu. Because it is located in the center of downtown, it is so easy to make a stop after work before going home or refresh up before going out. As soon as you enter the salon, you are welcomed by the relaxing spa aroma and guided by a friendly staff. The service is good, and the price is average. Can't complain.
