Nam Fong is one of the best shops that you can find fresh made roast duck & pork in China Town.
I found this shop because i always people line up to get food from here. finally, i found the answer by getting one half roast duck and a pound of roast pork. No wonder why people like this place. It's very good! Thier duck and pork are juicy and tender.
Really really love it!
They always close early too. I think because they sold everything out. I think 3 pm or 4 pm , they will close already depend on the day.
So, if you have a chance, you should try to get some duck or pork from here.
Enjoy!

Down to Earth is located on S. King st. My girlfriend loves to go there. She really likes healthy stuffs. That's why i know this place. Actually, i'm not so into this kind of store, but the good thing is i have a chance to make myself healthier! haa haa haa ^_^
This store sells organic vegetables and bulk foods, wide selection of supplements, herbs, and cosmetic products. Most products are vmade from organic products.
These are examples of what they have in the store.
Cereals, bulk grains and nuts, breads, many varieties of honey, nonalcoholic beer, teas, snacks, environment-friendly paper and household products, and a vegetarian juice and sandwich bar.
For people who love organic products, this is the place you probably know already.
For people like me (not so healthy, like to eat fried stuffs), this is the good place to start!
Be healthy! :p

I went there with my friends to have a farewell party. Buffet 100 has lots of food to eat like its name (100) . the restaurant provides customers a wide range of food selection such as Chicken with Straw Mushrooms, crispy spring rolls, pork spare Ribs, steamed dumplings , deep-fried chicken ,Egg Soup, orange chicken, Sweet&Sour Pork, Fried Rice, Fried Noodle, and lots of desserts and fruits.
They have a pretty good deal for lunch buffet.
Weekday lunch buffet, 10:30 a.m.-5 p.m. ($7.95 adults, $5.95 children)
For dinner buffet, the price is a bit higher than price of lunch buffet.
Overall, I think Buffet 100 is convenient , delicious and affordable, and good for big group of friends/family.
Free parking available.
Enjoy!

Don Ho's Island Grill is one of the significant late-night musical venues of Honolulu with Hawaiian Music. The restaurant in located in the Aloha Tower marketplace. it's good place for you to enjoy hawaiian food & music with your special one.
The food is great. I would recommend "island-inspired" pupu (appetizers). There are also other good menu as well, such as Chinese potstickers, ribs, calamari, crab cakes, even a special Don Ho Sampler of nearly all the pupu items.
Price range from US$ 16 - $35 , which i think it's a bit pricey.
Overall, I think the food is great.

Tiki's Grill & Bar, a casual open-air restaurant, is located at Waikiki next to Waikiki Zoo. There are plenty of outdoor chairs and tables with umbrellas for shade. The bar area is located outside near the hotel swimming pool. I think they have live Jawaiian music every evening.
The decor sets up as the retro-tiki South Pacific mode with Tiki statues, masks and war clubs are scattered throughout.
Their food are excellent! I love thier Coconut Shrimp ($9.95) and cheeseburger can be ordered with pineapple and teriyaki glaze ($7.95-$8.95).
If you want to try local food, i would recommend you
a poke sampler with ahi, tako, and the poke of the day ($8.95) and Aloha Friday Hawaiian plate ($15.95). it's comprised of Kalua pig, lau lau, lomi lomi salmon, ahi poke, mashed sweet potatoes and haupia.
For the drink, i would recommend you to try Tiki's Lava Flow.... very good!!! Trust me ... you will love it.
Overall, The service and food are excellent. The hostesses, bartender, and waiters at Tiki's are friendly and helpful. However, some menus is a bit pricey, but worth it to pay!
Enjoy!

I'm a foriegn student that come to study my master degree in Hawaii. I also like to travel to other islands. so I've seen and stayed many different hotels, but I think Hilton Hotels is one of the best hotels on O'ahu that i really like.
You'll find tropical gardens with exotic wildlife (flamingos, tropical penguins, and peacocks), award-winning restaurants, 100 different shops, minigolf courses, and a gorgeous stretch of Waikiki Beach. Is it wonderful?
If you start to stay at Hilton Hotels from Friday, you will also experience Hawaiian polynesian show and Firework that will fire up around 8:00 pm. every firday's night. It's very great experience for me.
As we know, the room rate is pretty high, even for some locals said the price is pretty pricey for a Kamaaina rate (local resident rate). In general, i thinki it is well worth it!
I would recommend this hotel to any couples or newlyweds celebrating their anniversaries.

Victoria Ward Centers is a huge, multiblock complex includes Ward Centre and Ward Warehouse.
Ward Centers is an exciting shopping, dining and entertainment destination for anyone.
There are more than 100 stores and big-value retailers, 23 restaurants, and even a Farmers Market around its area.
What i like to do at Ward Centers is watching the movies at Ward 16 Theathres and reading books and magazines at Borders.
Dave & Buster's is also located at Ward Centers. D&B has everything that will entertain you through the night like restaurants, virtual golf, games, interactive entertainment, and bars.
If you like Orignial Italian Food, I would recommend you to try Buca di Beppo. This restaurant is really good. Good Food and Big Portion! Great for Party and Big Group of family and friends.
For me, Ward Centers is Honolulu's all-in-one place for fun!
Open Monday through Saturday 10am to 10pm, Sunday 10am to 9pm.
Plenty of Parking!

The food's price is good and affordable.
It is good place for any noodle lover to try.
Jimbo's serves home-made udon in a flawless broth , then tops the works with shrimp tempura, chicken, eggs, vegetables, seaweed, roasted mochi, and a variety of accompaniments of your choice.
Cold noodles are good menus to try as well. ,
Personally , I like its donburi rice dishes with assorted toppings. I would recommend you to get a combo that will come with Noodles based on your choice.
Jimbo's nabeyaki is really good too!
Parking is available , but there are a few of them..

I LOVE GENKI! the prices are reasonable and the sushi is FRESH and made to order. The quality of food is excellent. Their spicy tuna is really good. You should try!!! the Edammame is always a great snack before you eat sushi. I also like its hot tea as well. the price of sushi is based on the color of the plate you pick. so, you might wanna check at the menu first that the plate you pick is good price for you. some color will cost you $2 more for a plate.
Genki Sushi has a great service. the restaurant is bright and clean.
Genki is also located at Ala Moana Center. so, it's very convenience for me and anyone who live around downtown to go there. Free Parking is also available. However, this branch is also packed with tourists.
Highly recommend it to anyone.
Enjoy!
