I know Rainbow Drive-in from Countdown Hawaii Show in Chan 16. Rainbow Drive-in has been voted by locals that it is the best local take-out in honolulu. it's not too far from waikiki. Rainbow Drive-In is next to 76 gas station. there's always a line for lunch time, especially weekend. lots of locals just drive to pick-up their lunch after surfing. the food portion is big. the price is reasonable.
I like thier burgers and mixed plates. sometimes they have beef stew on the menu... that's good too!
