I recently got a 50 minute massage at Bell Santé Spa. From the minute that I entered the spa, I was treated professionally and kindly by the staff. The staff members that I encountered were helpful and made me feel welcomed as a guest. I did not feel that anyone acted “snobbish” or rude. My massage was relaxing and definitely needed. My masseuse was attentive and did a fantastic job. I thought the facility was very sanitary and the spa in general was very organized. I have been to both Bella Santé locations in Boston and Lexington and have really enjoyed both my experiences. I would absolutely get another massage at this location.
