I found Virginia Home Inspection Services with good reviews in several places on the internet and decided that an independent home inspector might be what I needed. I found that that was exactly what I needed. Scott was early at the appointment and had nearly completed inspecting the outside before we showed up. He then proceeded to take us around to point out and explain the implications of things he had found. During the rest of the inspection it was clear that I had found a professional with my best interest in mind who would stop and take the time to explain things so that I could understand. I purchased an imperfect house but one I could deal with. A great experience and reasonable price for what I got. Thanks!
