Experience to share from used 4-Runner purchase 3 years and 40K miles ago: These guys are truly world class. Very fair purchase price, and salesmen(2) drove my old car (as I drove the new one!) from Sanford, home to Disney area. I never asked. They just did it. Their service dept...is extraordinary, and is worth the drive from Disney to Sanford. At one visit my service rep noticed some small stone chips on my front bumper and went inside to get some touchup paint to fix them right there in the service bay. My truck is always returned washed. Cars have become a commodity with dealer margins at initial sale pretty slim. You can get a car anywhere. Where dealers create loyalty is through their service dept. I can tell you that I'm a very loyal Maus customer because of the way I've been consistently treated. Their service dept shines..
