Athan's bakery has a great variety of greek pastries, cookies, chocolates, home made Italian ice cream and bread. I am addicted to their many kinds of baklava. Everything they sell there will melt in your mouth. The have a few table so you don't have to go all the way home before you can indulge in any of their yummy products. The bakery has a great atmosphere and the service is great....even if you don't live too close it is worth to take the "C" Green line to Washington Square and try it for yourself. It is a little pricey but worth every penny!
