I do all my travel booking on the internet and when you are a person who is on the go, this works out very well. I can do all my booking, confirmations, and even print out a boarding pass online, which saves me hours of standing in lines when I get to the airports. I really would recommend this service to anyone due to the quickness of the website as well as the service free cost. The prompts make it nearly impossible to goof up so it is almost always accident-free!
