Richair was the best from start to finish. After getting several estimates for ductless air conditioner, we decided on Richair and we're so glad we did (they were one of the highest bids). We got exactly what we agreed upon - state of the art ductless mini split system, a flawless installation, and rebates from ConEdison (other contractors appeared to be not certified to get these rebates). I highly recommend Richair to all.
