Its a very postive and energising exercise...Its the most wonderful thing to keep urself healthy and fit. The instructors are very friendly and give you enough time to perfect a little tough exercise...Environment is too good and makes you feel relaxed.Doing yoga regularly has made my body & mind in quiet good shape.
