good news: their pho are cheap compared to other places in SD, but avg pricing compared to other places in NorCal. The food is ok, taste like any other pho restaurants, just that they have a lot more variety
bad news: lousy horrible service. Very snobby waiters. Once i requested a small dish to put my sauce in, they gave me a dirty oily dish that had hair, and dust, and dirt, and stains on it. It was GROSS! And i just lost my appetite that whole day
