Went in for eyebrow wax. shaping and lost half of one brow in the process. It took two phone calls to get the owner to respond to my concern. The technician got too much wax in wrong area of my brow. When wax remover didn't do the trick, she opted to rub my brow with a towel to the point of bruising. No refund, no concesions, just a call from the technician stating that she maintains she charged me the correct price for the job.
