Takasaki is a farily well-known appraisal company in Hawaii and recommended by many realtors. I am beginning to see why this is so. They are prompt and return calls. They are also friendly and upfront about what they can do. I enjoy working with them and hope to do more business with them in the future. Give them a shot, you'll be surprised and appreciate the customer service other appraisal companies don't provide.
