Benedicktus & Associates Real Estate Appraisers has a reputation for stretching the value higher than other appraisers. Which isn't necessarily bad if you need the value to come in at a certain amount, they are just willing to do more creative massaging of the numbers.
The company is pretty good at getting back to you and telling you what they can and can not come up with and the turnaround is about 2 weeks.
