Good but longer turnarounds

We have always used Marvel Enterprises for our appraisals until they changed their turnaround to 3 weeks. They are prompt with scheduling and usually make their deadlines. They have quite a few certified appraisers assigned to different parts of the island so the services is actually supposed to be quicker.
When we need revisions on completed appraisals, we simply fax a request and the receptionist distributes it to the correct party. We very often get a timely response back.
Marvel has also been known to get you get the value you need as much as they can yet staying within FNMA guidelines.
