Pacific Northwest Title is a good choice for your title needs. All of the staff was professional, courteous, and very detail oriented. They thoroughly explained the whole process which proceeded right on schedule. They allow plenty of time for questions so you never feel rushed.
Calls were returned in a timely fashion and the people couldn't have been nicer.

Just about every interaction we had with Lawyers Title was horrible. They never returned phone calls, were slow with processing paperwork, and never sent us forms we were supposed to review ahead of time. Our home almost didn’t close on time because of these jokers.
To top it all off we got a call weeks after we closed our home and moved that we were missing paperwork. We had to receive an emergency FedEx and fax signed copies and FedEx originals. What a waste of time.
Never every pick these guys to handle your sale or purchase. If your seller is picking these guys you better specify ANYONE else in your offer. It will save you a world of headaches.

We tried Beckler Insurance since we were shopping around for new home and auto coverage. Beckler represents a wide variety of insurance carriers so you will get a good sampling of quotes. We found their response times to be incredibly slow and there was virtually no follow up.
They won't be who you contact in the event of a claim, so this might end up being less important. If you’re not in a big rush you could try these guys, otherwise look elsewhere for better service.

Famous Footwear has a decent selection of closeout shoes. Don’t expect a lot in the way of customer service though. We had our son measured here and they told us we should buy an 11. That didn’t sound right so we took him to Nordstroms where he was measured and actually wore a 10. If you have a stable shoe size and can help yourself there are good bargains to be had. STAY away if you are trying to get shoes for growing kids.

The Marble Slab Creamery Ice Cream Parlor is a knock off of Cold Stone Creamery. The service was fine and pricing was comparable to other high end ice cream parlors. However, the ice cream was way too sweet. Even the waffle cones were just way too much. All of my family has a sweet tooth and we couldn't even finish waffle cones with one scoop of this ice cream.
If you like your ice cream WAY sweet this might be OK for you. Otherwise, it's not a very good value if you can't eat it.

The dentists keep on schedule - you'll almost never have to wait past your appointment time. The billing has been just OK otherwise they would rate 5 stars. These problems have probably been fixed as they have gotten used to their new computer system.

Amenities include an extensive child’s play area, ball field, tennis courts, 3 picnic shelters, swimming (with lifeguard in the summer), walking trail, and boat launch. The park is always clean and well maintained. Parking is ample and well-lit.
Lake Wilderness Park is conveniently located next to the Arboretum and Lake Wilderness Lodge. You can catch the Cedar River trail here to do some serious walking.
