My husband took me on a champagne brunch tour for my birthday and it was fairly nice. We got to see plenty of the Baltimore inner harbor and had a great brunch. There was a massive omelet bar where you could choose the ingredients and they will make it for you right there. It wasn't the best service or quality, but it was well worth the money to see all of the harbor and just enjoy a romantic afternoon together.
