This is a great place for those wanting to try something different. You start off with your choice of 2 soups, and after finishing it's off to select your food. Everything you select is raw, and then you get to watch the chefs cook it in front of you using all their impressive skills. This location has never displeased me, and the food, service, and overall experience are always great.
