“not a very customer friendly store”

This review is for: Cd Warehouse
My husband and I and our son went in here and we had a gift certificate. They were not very helpful or friendly with us at all. we were very glad to get out of there and back in our car. I wrote the head of this place and he wrote me back and promised to send me a gift certificate for our poor service, but I never did get it.
