My sister left her pomeranian at the downtown dog lounge for just 3 days. In that time, they had given her dogs medication to another dog and crated him when instructed not to do so. We returned a day early only to find the dog crated and covered in urine. He is still recovering from being shoved into his crate: crippled and barely able to walk 3 weeks later. He is on heavy pain medication. When we spoke with Dog Lounge management to ask for a refund and give them an opportunity to address our concerns they were rude and defensive. Dog owners beware.
