Sing Sing Karaoke is a fun place to go with your friends when you want to simply let loose. You have the choice of singing at the bar area where everyone can hear you or rent a private room and sing your heart out. I personally choose the private room, and although they are small, at least no one can hear my bad singing. haha. Of all the karaoke bar I have been to, Sing Sing has the widest selection of music, whether you're into English, Chinese, Korean, or Japanese.

Try the fried pork and chives dumplings and the chicken and corn soup. There're only a dollar each!! The atmosphere is cozy in this small shop and everything is within reasonable price range. Nothing is more than three dollars, so why go to McDonald when you can come here?

Anything artistic is located in its 5 floor, even though the walk to the top may be exhausting, its better than waiting for the old elevator that takes forever and sound like its about to break. They offer a range of kay pole (traditional Chinese dress) in a variety of color. There must be one that you would like. As well, they carry tradtional chinese slippers, dishes, umbrellas, toys, food, papers, etc. Well, lets just say, if youre looking for something traditional Asian, this is a one stop shopping destination.

Located on Reade Street, this place can be mistaken for a store with cheap shoes, but thats the last thing it is. Cheap may describe the price of the shoe but definitely not the quality. I brought a pair of BeBe heels from here not too long ago and at retail price they were around 80, but i got them for 25. Thats a bargain!

Within their barrels, theres hot pickles, sour pickles, pickles that arent jsut yet pickles, etc. They do not offer just pickles, but they offer different vegetables that have been pickled, including tomatoes and olives. Offering a variety of asian cuisines, you can make anything from vietnamese to thai, but be warn, more of the food are chinese. I mean this is chinatown.
